The Life Fitness X1 can support up to 350 pounds, provides a 20 inch stride and a console that will keep you engaged in your workout sessions with challenging workout programs and helpful readouts.
The X1 elliptical is equipped with roomy, oversized pedals to accommodate all foot sizes and ensure a club-quality, stable exercise experience. The pedals are also spaced correctly to minimize stress on your lower back - and the X1 helps you to burn more calories by dispersing workout efforts throughout both your legs and arms.
Other features of the X1 elliptical home gym equipment include an ErgoGrip stationary handlebar that provides stability during lower-body-only workouts, a front-mounted bottle holder, a built-in reading rack, a 350-pound user capacity, with an easy-to-read LCD display. Track your workout progress: your distance, speed, calories burned, level, time, heart rate, and target heart rate.
The Life Fitness X1 Elliptical can be customized with either of two consoles for your home gym: the Basic or the Advanced Workout Console. The Basic offers 5 programs and a Heart Rate Readout. The Advanced version provides 10 workout programs, including sport-specific training, a Polar® wireless heart rate chest strap with interactive heart rate monitoring or the Lifepulse digital hand sensors, HeartSync™ heart rate controlled workouts,Goal workouts, 2 user profiles, 2 custom workouts and Race mode.
You can also save the name, age, weight and workout preferences for multiple
users in your householdor create custom workouts for each user.
